I would like to express my appreciation for one of your agents, Barbara Barry, who handled the sale of our house at 895 Beachamp. During the process, we found Barbara an excellent agent and highly recommend her for the numerous qualities that she demonstrated to us (honesty, integrity and knowledge of our needs), qualities that are so important in this line of work.
She quickly showed us the prices of houses selling in our immediate area in our price range and also comparisons with the type of house we were selling. The listing documents were of superb quality and her additional information provided to potential buyers included the possible benefits form renting the basement unit and the impact in reducing their mortgage costs. The video showing the inside and outside of the house was a bonus. Barbara was very sensitive to our particular needs because of our having a handicap child in the house in an electric wheelchair. She was aware of the unusual preparation time needed for showings because of this situation and her visits were well planned and scheduled accordingly.
She worked easily with other agents, even your competitors and always followed up with them on showings with feedback to us in a very timely manner.
Because of her diligence in selling our house, we also used her services for the purchase of our next house. I highly recommend her to family, friends and acquaintances.
